Jim Faulkinbury, Certified Genealogst, was first certified by the Board for Certification of Genealogists (BCG) in September 1980 with 5-year renewal certifications through 2020. He is a past Trustee of the BCG and has over thirty-five years of professional research experience in genealogical research. His published works include “The Foreign-Born Voters of California in 1872” including names, ages, national origin, and naturalization data on over 61,000 voters on the voter rolls in 1872 (self published on microfiche in 1994), the 'California' chapter in Ann S. Lainhart’s “State Census Records” (Genealogical Pub.
